You can use ultrasurf or putty to acces all site.But in this tutorial we will use Ultrasurf.
Now lets go download ultrasurf latest version.Extract and run the ultrasurf.
after connected you will see screen like below :
Open firefox -> option -> setting -> advanced -> network -> manual proxy configuration -> input localhost with 9660 port check the use the proxy server for all protocol
Try to browse to the blocked site like mediafire it should work !
